An improved community experience for The Autoimmune Hepatitis Association (AIHA).
The AIHA is a community association dedicated to improving the lives of patients and family affected by Autoimmune Hepatitis. Their suite of resources, is focused on supporting through research and education.

They were looking to improve the overall visual identity of the, once small facebook group, turned global non-profit.
​
After meeting with the AIHA board of directors and establishing their immediate and long-term goals, we mapped out a strategic path forward. With a phased approach, we gradually worked through branding mockups, logo variations to finalizing the brand identity.

The AIHA
Once we completed the branding along with new social media content and email marketing, we began strategizing for the revamped website and community platform. We wanted to improve the patient and community experience with simple navigation and informative resource pages.
Areas we focused on included the interactive "preferred doctors" search page and the "What is AIH" informative page. We implemented long-term strategies allowing these pages to be updated by the client with little to no effort. Doctors could be added to the preferred list in an excel format and automatically update on the live site.
